AIR 4-ROLL AUTO ROLLS

The Air 4-Roll Auto Rolls machine is designed to prebend and roll the plate into a completed cylinder in one pass, and in a very short cycle time! All rolls are journalled in bearings, hardened and ground. The top and lower rolls are driven by an efficiency motor. Air system comes with clean and quite feature provides power to all roll movements as well as the drop end for easy removal of the finished cylinder. Controls all by pushbuttons provide manual and auto run mode for setting and production. LED readouts provide fast and easy positioning the side rolls for reducing setting time.
