FT20 2 Door

FT20 (2 Door) Specifications: Cell Footprint Dimensions: Table Dimensions: The FT20 (two-door fixed table) from Arcrite Automation features two fixed tables guarded by telescoping, pneumatic doors, allowing for a lower loading height and smaller footprint of the cell, while complyingwith relevant RIA safety standards.  The cell is designed to be highly modular; it is capable of welding small to medium sized parts with any of the major brands of six-axis robotic arms (≤1600mm reach).  Additionally, each of the tables can be reconfigured to feature small one or two axis positioners in the event of complex weld path geometry.  There is a door in the back of the cell for easy entry, primarily for maintenance purposes.  The skid and trailer is one solid body, featuring fork lift pockets in the side for easy installation and relocation.  The combined trailer at the back of the  cell has sheet metal protection, adequate space and built-in wiring paths for most major/standard robot controllers, power/wire supply units, and water coolers necessary making this cell a fully integrated, automated welding solution. < >
