The Cosen SH-1080D is a robust semi-automatic bandsaw ideal for straight cut billet tasks. Designed with a hydraulic dual column structure, it ensures stability and efficiency, featuring a hydraulic-powered adjustable cast iron guide arm. Its gearbox efficiently handles high lateral pressure without thermal distortion, while a motor-driven blade brush enhances cutting performance. This bandsaw is equipped with an inverter blade drive system for flexible speed control, and its hydraulic blade tensioning system maintains optimal blade tension.
