LH-5RS
SECTION BENDING ROLL
The frame is heavy welded steel Welded steel with stress-relieved treatment for added strength and rigidity.With 3-roll double pinch design; arranges as pyramid, top roll is fixed and 2 lower rolls are adjustable. LH-2RS, 3RS, 4RS and 5RS, combined horizontal and vertical design together. LH-6RS and larger models is vertical design only.
Bending Rolls
All rolls are made of S45C solid steel, and go thru high frequency heat treatment on surface at HRC60 (HV700) above, and equipped with self-aligning & lubricating double-roller bearings.Two lower rolls individually and hydraulically adjusted by hydraulic cylinders and with LED readouts for the position of the rolls.Extend roll shafts design can roll wider sections; it is for using on special rolls.
Controls
Operating controls are conveniently mounted in a portable console.Push button controls, joy-stick controls and LED readouts are utilized controls designed and located to enable the operator to stand at the position best suited for viewing and safety during operation.
Guide Rolls
The powerful Guide Rolls made of hardened steel for taking the twist out of the most massive sections, including “leg-in” guide rolls.6-directional hydraulically powered Guide Rolls (Models LH-4RS and larger), 4-directional hydraulically powered Guide Rolls (Models LH-2RS to 3RS).
